The company is promoted by Sri Kamal Kishore Lalwani to produce Noble Alloys , Master Alloys and Bulk Alloys. The first Group Company was Lalwani Ferro Alloys (P) Ltd. which was established on 27.11.1986 to manufacture & trade in Ferro Alloys.

Our products are : Ferro Molybdenum, Ferro Vanadium, Ferro Titanium, Ferro Silico Magnesium, Nickel Magnesium, Ferro Aluminium, Aluminium Notch Bar / Shots and Ferro Manganese High Carbon & Silico Manganese having 2 plants near Kolkata and one at Durgapur (West Bengal).
One of our Group Company M/s. Lalwani Metallics Pvt. Ltd. is leading Importer & Trader of Nickel Plate, Silicon Metal, Magnesium Metal, Manganese Metal, Low Carbon Ferro Chrome, Ferro Silicon, Misch Metal, Calcium Silicide etc.
